A Beatles-themed Liverpool hotel has been recognised for its excellence in this year’s Luxury Travel Guide Awards.
The Hard Day’s Night Hotel has been named ‘Luxury Grand Hotel of the Year’, adding to previous accolades including ‘Top Rated’ status on LateRooms.com, and getting a ‘Certificate of Excellence’ from TripAdvisor.
The ‘Fab Four’ star hotel has been lauded for its outstanding reputation, premium amenities and high standards of customer service.
The recently-refurbished hotel sits adjacent to the famous Cavern Club where the Beatles first found success and it claims to be the only hotel in the world inspired by the Liverpool band.
General Manager of the Hard Day’s Night Hotel, Mike Dewey, said: “We are thrilled to have received this prestigious accolade from the Luxury Travel Guide Awards and built on our global acclaim.
“Liverpool is certainly a destination of choice for worldwide leisure and corporate travellers, and to be recognised as a leading place to stay within the city is fantastic.
“The hotel itself reflects Liverpool’s famous cultural and historic ties to The Beatles, an element that continues to attract and entice guests from across the globe,” Mike added.
The hotel is a ‘Grade II’ listed building dating back to 1884 and plans for the hotel were finalised when a suitable location was found back in 2004.
